This has been by far the worst experience my husband and I had while flying. Discourteous and rude at the check-in counter. Employees are not knowledgeable. They put you on hold everlastingly and they disconnect you when you request to ask to speak to a supervisor. Apparently, every person is a supervisor and they don't have the foggiest idea of how to deal with the questions really well.
My experience is horrible with Air India. I approached to ask a question this was the initial gate for my flight, she completely overlooked me and never acknowledged my presence. After around 10 minutes I left the counter. The flight attendant's attitudes are below average just as customer service. Worst customer service & airline ever. The seating and pretending that you're giving service really you're driving people to go with a horrible experience. People want to get off a plane quicker than the plane flies!
Air India is good If you want to travel to the destination that are not long hauled. Because the they are OK with respect to food and the crew is good but other in-flight services are of average and seats are also not very comfortable. Good for low cost travelers.

Flight on time and arrived early.Everything was okay except the food. The food was not fully cooked .
