Allied Auto Insurance is somewhat expensive because you need to purchase a membership. But roadside perks are nice to have access to. I used a local agent to purchase the insurance so the procedure was extremely simple. I answered questions and he completed all the work. my overall has been lovely. I am completely covered and I have never felt alone or taken advantage of when it comes to filing a claim.
Allied Auto Insurance company is our family insurance company. My father is thr first one to get his car insured by them. After that all 3 of my siblings including me purchased their insurance policy as we all had our private cars. We all have different experiences but 8/10 have been amazing so I would rate them 4 stars for sure. My recent experience was 3 months ago when I accidentally got hit by a truck. A little damage was done but I claimed coverage right away. They settled my case very swiftly and professional. It is safe to say the process was hassle free.
Talked with my agent in regards to my policy a week ago and he was so incredible! Called in today to ask a question with regarding a claim I got approved and I got him on the phone again and he was similarly as charming as previously. They are extraordinary at their customer services and the best price around. I highly recommend them. They are by far the best in their customer service support and rates.
Last year i purchased the insurance policy from allied. Firstly, their staff was highly skilled. They knew what they were doing and they kept the entire process very swift. The courtesy shown by them is deserves appreciation. Now coming to their coverage services. My car got hit by a truck, the damage was not too much but it was still bad. I instantly called them up to inform about the incident and asked them about the coverage procedure. To my surprise it was quickly resolved and i got most of it recovered which really kept me financially healthy. Highly recommended!

I've never made a claim with an auto insurance company, so I can't look at the speed of handling claims. Their client support is amazing and always there. They don't send a physical insurance card, however, an email to print it out. I would prefer a physical card sent to me. I would highly recommend them to anyone.
