I used American Express to book a room for my stay for 5 evenings. The regular hotel rate was $70 per night. They offer great prices and their site is also simple to use. When using the express booking it lets you know whether you already booked before. I have been an American Express customer for quite a long while and they have never let me down. This travel agency has actually made my life easier when it comes to travelling. Recently, I had to travel to Ohio to attend a friend's wedding. It was sudden plan as I got an unexpected off from office. They were kind enough to quickly provide me with efficient services and a plane ticket which I got at a reasonable rate. They also have other facilities which are yet to be used and I am planning to try them out soon.

As usual, their agent helped me and got it all sorted for me so it was not my headache. Everything was provided to me all ready. This is so convenient for me. It gives me room to adjust other things in. I got the ticket at a low rate. A good decent hotel just how i wanted and cab service from the hotel. Recommended!

Other than that i can count on my finger tips that i purchased plane tickets at amazing rates upto 6 times. I travel a lot to Los Angeles as my maternal family side lives there. We tried to book into Grand Sunset Princess All Suites Resort to get together with friends in about two weeks from now. We figured it would be difficult to do. We could get magnificent services through American Express. We got a good price on the suite and they arranged the shuttle for our arrival and departure. The confirmations came rapidly and we got detailed instructions on how to reach the shuttle and a contact number should we have any inquiries or concerns.

I was using the platform to book my tickets and I had no issue but once when I booked my trip, I was charged twice on my credit card. I got worried and called their customer service. I addressed my issue to them and they check on the system. After the verification, they paid me back. I got relieved, and I am very thankful for their customer service. They were very generous during the whole process. They were real professionals.

I am a platimum card holder of the company and always enjoy great discount points and rewards.I always pay my bills on time and if there is a delay you get a soft reminder and are given a grace period of 1 week with zero% interest.
