The washing machine didn't spin. The repairman fixed the washing machine however, it now makes a great deal of noise when it spins. The repairman was extremely courteous and set aside the effort to clarify the problem. The repairman for the refrigerator was knowledgeable about his work and he ensured I knew about the issue and clarified why he couldn't totally fix the fridge. American Home Guardian sent us a check to help us with buying another refrigerator. Thanks to American Home Guardian.

American Home Guardian contractors respond within the first two hours, despite the fact that they are allowed a 24-hour window. They show up on time, totally explain the problem and the solution, and, if needing parts, they give us an estimated time to expect them back and often is sooner than later. Everything was extraordinary. I have been with American Home Guardian now for about a year. I've recommended them to several people.
Brilliance at its peak! Yes this is what i would say about American home guardian. It has given us the best services ever. I needed some extremely reliable home protection plan. They gave me several options and i chose the one which was most suitable to me. The charges were a bit higher than my budget which is the only reason i would give them 4 stars. Otherwise it was absolutely a pleasant experience with them. So far so good. I hope it stays awesome the way it is. They covered my expenses for my AC in the same week!
I had two claims with American Home Guardian. I had the microwave and my heater. The microwave had been broken once previously and they replaced the control panel and afterward, that is the thing that went out once more. They replaced it once more. They turned out about a month ago and fixed the heater. Presently it's broken once more. I'm trusting that a person will show up again today. Every one of the contractors has been great. I've had them for a long time. They're fine. I'm extremely happy with them.
My father has been using the American Home Guardian from several years on his 2 properties. This company is just incredible and according to him he never had any issue. He has also renewed a policy on one of his property and is very satisfied with his decision. Our AC broke down last month and I didn't knew what to do. My father told me to call the AHG immediately. I purcahsed a home warranty from American home gaurdian in 2014 and have taken their services for so many times. They are good and committed but their agents take time in verifying the case. They need to speed up the process of verification when the claim is filed. Overall service is good and the customer service is also responsive.
