At initial contact, they are charming, yet over the long haul and simple situations develop that may need just a call, they won't particularly if they have just got you for a while. These insurance companies are all for-profit and nothing for their customers and Auto-Owners is the same. All the commercials don't compensate for taking advantage of your customers.
Auto Owners Insurance is helpful and effective. It made me happy and always active since I ain't worry any longer over going through money in case I had an accident because this company encourages me in that by giving more choices and solutions to face the issue and finding the best solution to fix it. I am happy with the service of the company and its benefits so I like all about it. I might like want to thank them for that.

I would like to share my recent experience with auto owners insurance. I got their insurance policy for my Toyota last year. This month my car got into a collision with another car unfortunately. There was medium damage which needed immediate attention. This was the time when i applied for coverage. I was very satisfied with the manner they handled my case. The customer service was also brilliant in terms of professionalism and warm attitude. I was given the coverage and it was a very smooth process. In my opinion, this is a great company providing top notch insurance services.

I have been under Auto-Owners for about 2 years now. Within a day, the agent handling my claim called me and got my statements and took care of the rest. Someone backed into my rear bumper with a trailer hitch and bent not only the bumper but bent bumper bracket. It made the claim process relatively painless. The customer service and even the policies you buy are determined mainly by the quality of the agent you have.I think I am getting the best price with the best coverage.They do exactly what they say they will do.Good to do business with.
Incredible customer service and support. We have been with Auto Owners Insurance for around 5 years. I was hit from behind in an accident and the insurance paid immediately for my injuries. In the long run, the other person's insurance needed to pay cause I wasn't at fault. I was hit from behind by somebody who was driving too fast. They have always been extremely pleasant. I would recommend Auto Owners Insurance to my friends and family! Their service is exceptional.
Auto Owners has been my insurance company for 5 years and I have never had a problem with this company.On a rainy day the car's battery died and instead of buying a replacement, I called AOI and within 30 minutes their contractor came out and installed a new battery. They are very helpful with claims and work hard to get your check to you so you can get your vehicle fixed. They were polite and listen well so any concerns can be met or explained within the first conversation. They take time for you and do not rush your conversation.Auto Owners Insurance have great prices, even better when you bundle I think I am getting the best price with the best coverage. I am very satisfied with my insurance.

The premiums are low and the coverage is so good that you actually feel grateful to chose AO is my insurance company. I had received a claim 1 year ago when my car hot a pole in tornado and the process was prompt and easy. The customer service is also exceptional. Highly recommended.
