Bank of America is an out class company for mortgage lending. I was looking for a reliable company when i came across this one. My wife had heard good stuff about them too so we decided to apply for home mortgage with them. They were incredibly good with the customer service and even with basic dealing. We got our plan according to our requirements. It was also affordable for us so hats off to them to offer such considerate programs. We have our own home through their effort so always going to stay thankful to them. I highly recommend BoA.

Our new home mortgage process was exceptionally smooth, relatively perfect. From the pre-approval completely through closing, they were there to help us at all times. They have incredible customer service simplifying and explaining each step of the process. Kept us on top of it with emails in regards to extremely vital updates and checked on us with telephone calls periodically to ensure that we understood the process. I would recommend them.
Bank of America is just incredible. I took a log term loan in 2010 and still paying installments. I have never faced any issue because the payment is customized and I can pay the amount conveniently. I have also sold my mortgage to the BOA and I could not be happier. They are cooperative, professional and take care of your account like non other. I would recommend the Bank of America to the world. The process of getting loan is as simple as breeze. Highly efficient and concerned staff with a variety of product to suit your needs.
The folks there were very friendly and helpful, answering any and all questions that we had for them. It was a very pleasant experience for us. I had our Mortgage through Bank of America.And after discussion with her manager, they approved the loan stating they had faith I would not be jobless for long.Kind of nice not having to worry about any of it.There website is very easy to navigate for all purposes. Whether you need to make a payment, or find any historical data pertaining to the mortgage, it is very easy find and print the information. They adjusted everything I asked for and did what they said they were going to do. I recommend them to anyone that needs a good thing.

I borrowed $ 10,000 from the bank 2 years ago on a low interest rate. The interest rates have changed and got higher than before but as per policy I will pay the installment on old rate according to my loan contract. That is a big relief because my friends complain about high rates on loan in other banks. Overall banking service are exceptional and customer friendly. Highly recommended.
At Bank of America, their company is stronger, with a straightforward business model, that is delivering long-term value to their shareholders.. They have a simple goal, they need to do more with their customers by bringing them everything they need to live their financial lives.I had the services with them.They treat their customers with respect and are always willing to assist if an issue were to arise. No annual/foreign fees, good points on all purchases, good support, convenient online banking.The online banking allows me to keep track of my spending. In addition, the customer service is always friendly and they really seem to treat everyone with respect. I recommended them to a couple of friends too! the app is also very helpful and saves loads of time.
