I cannot say enough good things for BoW. We have been the member of this bank from 7 years now and I don't think we ever had any bad experience with the bank. They never charge ATM fee and the customer service is just incredible and that a huge one for me. when we were moving I was just busy in packing and other stuff and accidentally been charged an overdraft fee I did not know about my balance was dropped to that low. I called customer service of BoW about it, and they immediately offered to reverse the fee offered an overdraft protection avoid such thing in future.
The bank was built on prudent management that protects the interests of clients and the bank, a passion for customer service and support for their communities.We had opened doing business with them. We have always had great service. Our investments were professional and were handled accordingly. Their bank’s foundation has been their relationships with customers. The services offer from Bank of the West have been exactly what I need in terms of a savings and checking bank account.They are also really great about telling me about the other product the bank offers and which one would be best for my situation. I can pay my bills online and it comes with a MasterCard check card.I appreciated the level of personal service and would definitely recommend this bank!
Bank Of The West has been a strong bank for me for as far back as a decade or so and I have recommended them to friends and should have evaluated them earlier. In a previous couple of months however they've begun having huge trouble getting the money for checks, despite the fact the person writing the check tells my husband the amount has already been taken out of their account. I don't know whether this is some plot to make a couple of bucks of interest for sure, yet it's getting irritating and it won't take much more of this to make them search for different alternatives.
