Broad voice has won my vote. If i have to choose between VoIP companies i would choose them twice! I am availing their cloud PBX services and it is extremely smooth. It has made things easier at my end. This is the modern technology they are providing at a very reasonable rate. I would recommend their exceptional services to everyone especially people who run their own businesses. It helps to manage internally and externally as well. Moreover, it is also pretty much user-friendly. I am extremely happy with this and so is my manager. I would not hesitate to give them 5 stars right away!

Broadvoice had given me high quality call services over the net. Many of my close family members live abroad and i was always so disappointed with the call quality over the video. 2 years back i switched to Broadvoice voip system and it has been great since then. I get such clear and smooth service and reception, i recommend this to you all. It was not too costly either. At first i thought great services would be great cost to it but it was not like that. This is actually the best part as i can use their efficient services at reasonable costs.

Best telephone service ever! I have had this since it became available in our vicinity and have never had any issue at all with it. I can't genuinely rate customer service since I have never expected to approach you for anything aside from at the very beginning when was setting everything up and as I recall that went swimmingly and have never expected to call since. They have the best customer service. I would highly recommend them to my friends and family.

This company works with phones or adapters from other manufacturers.Broadvoice won hands down. The price is great and all the features work great. it has everything we needed for a business. I am extremely happy with them.The process from initial call to implementation was super smooth and very easy.Communication was perfect throughout, and I had no issues getting any questions answered in a timely manner. I don’t regret any minute of being in business with them. First class features and price is very affordable. Makes my daily conferences with remote teams so much smoother.If your trying to keep your business place simple then this is the provider for you. Very structured plans as per my company’s needs, and can make changes to my account from on their site.

I have been using the Broad-voice service from 2 years and it is just super cool. I switched to BV from a very well known company because it was so pricey and the services were also below average. Broad-voice proved to be the best choice because the set up was very easy and simple. It has a lot of features that you can customize according to your needs. I run a small business and manage 11 employees that handle inbound and outbound sales and Broad-voice has become a boon to my business. Ican make business calls from our business number when on the is the only choice. Highly recommended.
