Two or three of my friends and I were taking a look at buying a trailer and were hoping to see what the insurance would be on it. But, we couldn't find exactly how much it would cost versus what we were looking for on Citizens Property Insurance Corporation's site because maybe we expected to talk with someone. But overall, it was fine. The response was satisfactory, however, they just couldn't do any great.

We had a broken water filtration system a year ago. The water overflowed the whole first floor. Citizens Property Insurance Corporation agent came to check all the damage at my home and right there issued us the check to deal with the repair. Always very attentive to any policy changes or questions I have. Also, they beat the rates of my past insurance company. Thanks for the great service.

My past experiences with Citizens Property Insurance Corporation has been remarkable. We truly enjoy experiencing them. I had a few policies as a top priority. These policies didn't give me the coverage to make myself feel protected and safe, however, Citizens Property Insurance Corporation did. The agents have been somewhat useful and help me get what I need. They appear as though they truly care and help me to get what I need. We have been dealing with them for quite a long time. It is anything but difficult to get their office and I don't feel forced that you need to get insurance through them if you don't need. They appear to be straightforward and helpfully always.

Citizens property insurance has acted like a blessing to our home. There was a fire that broke out in our kitchen last month. There was not any big loss and everyone was safe but some part of the kitchen needed repairs and a touch up to look back to normal. I was stressed as i wanted it all fixed immediate. We called them and we also filed the claim. I was so glad that they responded with coverage in a short period of time and all the mess that was created was fix in no time. A competent team with incredible efforts.

I had one claim on rooftop damage with the Citizens Property Insurance Corporation. Their claim procedure was simple, they responded rapidly and an appraiser was on site quickly. Their appraiser was thorough and snappy. His appraisal was fair and payments were made to my checking account quickly. The appraiser went well beyond and provided alternative roof types and their cost. He also reviewed and approved the offer I got from a roofing contractor. The entire process was painless and fair.

Our home experienced roof damage from wind bad storm.They were prompt in answering all of my questions and getting an adjuster out to survey the damage.Full repair and restoration was then completed within a reasonable time using qualified contractors. I'm impressed with how easy it was...one phone call to my agent was all it took. They are very helpful during a crisis. The claims are settled quickly. They're great service protection and I'd recommend them anytime to everyone and cheap to pay every month and very beneficial to me and my family.

Citi bank is a great bank. I helped my brother get student loan from them and it was granted quickly to him. The staff working at Citi Bank is highly professional and polite. They explained us all about the loan policy and the payback plans before we tool it. I did not have to spend a lot of dollars to get my brother his student loan policy as the payback plan worked out well for me for me. Their quick and efficient customer service is also a plus point for them. I would recommend this to those who are looking for a student loan.

I have been a customer of the Citizens Property Insurance from 7 years now and I have wonderful experiences to share about the company. I was having the issue of the water leakage in the kitchen and backyard because of an underground pipe was broken. It needed to be taken care of on urgent basis as the water started to enter the living room from the kitchen. I called the Hotline of the CPIC and they were so kind. The inspector came the same day and approved the claim right away. They managed everything and the issue was resolved withing 2 days.

I have held the policy for a number of years. I noticed some water leakage damage in the kitchen .I thought it was due to water damage from the rain. Turns out, there was a broken main drain from my kitchen wall, the water went into my family room.I filed a claim immediately and mitigated as much of the damage as we could.They sent a inspector who noticed I also had a roof leak on my back open patio .Coverage vs. rate is very good. They quoting process was extremely easy. The broker made the entire process painless.They are very cost effective and offer comprehensive coverage. Always there for us when I call and great customer service.t I had a very positive experience with them.

Citizens Property Insurance Corporation is extraordinary. We had purchased our home around five months before and were having a considerable measure of updates inside. We saw a portion of the rooftop was gone, due to a storm the night before. I immediately called them and they had somebody turned out quickly to cover the rooftop since more rain was normal that night. Their customer support is exceptional. The agent was also very caring and he knew exactly what I needed.
