My first response when I heard that my loans may be transferred to another loan servicer was I don't really know how do they deal with me. Credible has serviced my loans for just about five years, and they have always been useful and exceptionally kind through every one of the changes that I continually make given my line of work. The customer reps are patient and clarify each step and option in detail with the goal that I can get the best one. Really, thank you!
My little sister was still studying when we were in a crucial stage our financial sources were tied up and were to stay that was for a while. I needed urgent student for her. So we both researched about Credible. After talking to their representative i was quite confident about them so i chose to get her the loan from them. She applied for the loan right away and to our surprise they responded back very quickly. They gave us the loan at a reasonable payback rate which was a source of convenience for us. They were such a relief!
Credible seems to have a nice grasp on the concept though. Pretty typical repayment options for the industry, at least what I've ran across.I had no problem with the borrowing limits which allowed me to get through. Often times the borrowing limit is depending on the type of student you may be. I liked the repayment options and it made it easy for me to pay back all the loans. There is a wide variety of options to choose from and you will probably find one good for you. They are very upfront about the whole process and it will sail so smoothly and you would be very happy by being told upfront about the additional fees.
