In the past 3 years, I have had 2 major travel experiences. Both were cruise trips for which I chose Cruises.com travel agency. The first experience was average. It was not bad but it was not as good as I expected. However, the second and the most recent experience was very well. I believe they really took my feedback seriously and immediately made up to me by giving me the best possible services. The cruise trip rates were reasonable as well and I loved how the travel agent acted so professional throughout and respected our needs and requirements till the end.
I discovered that the Cruises.com had many choices which were fairly priced and the site is extremely user-friendly. The pricing was great. This is my second time using Cruises.com for traveling. The first time when we booked our vacation for Jamaica and this time for Vegas; both time it was seamless. I checked different sites yet Cruises.com was for pricing and options especially the flight selects. I would definitely be going to recommend them to all my friends and family.
Cruise.com is just exceptional. It was my first cruise and the experience was just so wonderful. I do not have enough words to express my memories on my trip. I did not face any problem during my trip and did not have any issue with my booking. The cruise captain had all the information and I did not need to call the customer service. I recommended it to all my family and friends and plan all my cruise trips using Cruise.com. I could not be happier.
Everything they have promised me, that they would do, has always been carried out on their part and put in writing on my invoice.I recently booked a Viking River cruise with Cruise.com and so far so good.The best place to plan and book your travel vacation!The agents are always knowledgeable and friendly - they work hard to find me the best deal. Excellent, one of the finest interactions I have experienced. In fact, we have booked all of our cruises through Cruise.com ever since we first contacted them.I feel very comfortable embarking on this trip with Cruise.com behind it. I highly recommend this company and will be using them in the future. They put together fun and exciting holiday packages!
