Like all insurance companies, Erie Homeowners like to take your money yet make you go through the hoops when you have a claim. It has recently become the nature of these companies. I can hardly wait to complete the contract and find another insurance company.
It is safe to say the Erie Insurance company provides really affordable homeowners insurance services. I am a user of the their policy. It has been a while now. They have an amazing work force, polite staff with professional know how about the business. I always appreciated their customer service because of their fabulous replies to any of my queries. My claim was covered very quickly a few weeks back when i had to get my washroom repaired. It is simply a source of convenience for all of us at home. I totally love their services. I would rate it 5 stars.
I've opened my homeowners' insurance policy with Erie Homeowners since I bought my home. Is a highly reputable carrier, exceptionally reliable and trustworthy. Despite not filing a claim with them, up until now, I've heard from reliable sources that their claim process is seamless and payments are prepared timely and accurate. In the 5 years I've been with them I lived convinced that I'll remain their customer for whatever length of time that I can. I recommend them without hesitation anytime.

I have barn roofs received wind damage The adjuster explained how the process would proceed and what to expect.They approved the claim and paid quickly.They give a discount if you have home or rental insurance with them.. Excellent customer service that has knowledgeable, helpful employees.They have always been kind and considerate to answer any questions or concerns I may have.I am confident that if there were ever an occurrence Erie would provide me great service .
I have been a customer of the company from several years and renewed my policy twice over the period. My father was a customer for the Erie and he was very satisfied wit the company. It s our family company and we cannot think of switching to any other homeowner. The policies are cheap and coverage is too good. The process of filing and approval of claim is just the matter of hours. They never reject a genuine claim. I would recommend to anyone.

Where the company particularly shines is with its numerous add on policy coverage options, many of which are not found with other carriers we evaluate. I have been a homeowner policyholder with Erie for about 3 years . I noticed some damage in the kitchen . I thought it was due to water damage from the rain. Turns out, there was a broken main drain from my kitchen wall, the water went into my family room.I called them for claim .After describing the incident, the adjuster explained how the process would proceed and what to expect. Erie had a restoration crew in my house .They were very helpful with our property . The claim was processed quickly and we received payment.They were very fast with the claim and I got what I was supposed to have with my claim. Always a very friendly and helpful company.
We have been with Erie for well more than 6 years. This past year we had a tree fall on our garage and I called Erie. They sent a man down the following day to take a look at what happened and he took a few pictures. Within 2 days they called me and let me know they were sending me two checks one for the repair work and one for the removal of the tree that had fallen. Never had an issue with our car protection either. We had windows replaced from a stone hitting it. I called the following day they sent down the repair company and they fixed it right in my driveway. Best insurance company.
