While I have no experience with my agent, the other ones kept trying to get me to signup by sending better rates, saying I'm paying too much just because of my age alone. My agent doesn't return my calls. I needed a discount for good driving. Rather, he sends me a letter stating my rates might go up. How is this possible? Still waiting to get it to look into it. If it goes up, I'll sign with another company.

Getting to know about a company like Grange Insurance was such a good luck just when I was in search of a reliable company to protect my car. 4 months ago, my search started and 2 months later to that I finally got my policy from Grange Insurance. The rate was satisfactory. Not too low, not too high. However, rest of the service was excellent. It was faster than I expected. The procedure was completed in total three days and the staff was very cooperative throughout the whole process. Hats off to their team for their brilliant customer service. Recommended.

Grange auto insurance is a good company providing all insurance services at amazing rates. They seem to care about the customers genuinely and are not just a money making machine. I purchased their policy a year back. I used the coverage just once which was for a very minor issue. They were noticeably quick at covering up that expensive. The company has a decent team members with expertise. Having said that, i would also appreciate their polite and friendly behavior with the customers. I absolutely recommend their services to all those searching for a good insurance company. It sure is a competent company!

Grange auto insurance is a remarkable insurance company. I got my the insurance policy for my car last year. I highly recommend their services to all the car owners. I have also used their coverage which was very quick and that is the main reason i am satisfied that i spent my money at the right place. Previously i got into a small accident but my car had several damages which i got fixed and claimed for the insurance. They were very quick to get me the coverage and the staff was extremely attentive. 5 stars for their insurance services.

My friend recommended me to try out Grange Auto Insurance. It was my first insurance agency and I would not change it for anything. I like the logo and amicability among the staff. Grange Auto Insurance is actually the best organization ever. Everything about Grange Auto Insurance is flawless and I totally trust it. There is not a single other organization I could compare it with. I love Grange Auto Insurance and would recommend it to other people as well.

The claim was very easy and the service was really good. The agent was really nice as well.Grange Auto Insurance has good price, friendly and helpful customer service when I had to call. They also have the best rates for my insurance needs. I found the Grange claim process to pay for my car very friendly, quick, and efficient. Check prices with this company before signing somewhere else.The company is great for anyone with an established good driving record, and gives decently competitive prices. If you want to feel very comfortable while driving I absolutely recommend going through Grange Insurance.
