Jive has a new portal so that you can get answers to questions right away online. It is easy to use. We like the search feature especially. Anytime we need technical help we are assisted quickly without long hold times.Excellent reporting tools. Good help resources. Benefits are we have capitalized on the use of off-site call centers where the quality can be accurately measured within a pool of receptionists vs relying on a front-desk rep who has multiple responsibilities.Definitely worth checking out. Pricing is very reasonable/flexible and the system is powerful. It gives me the opportunity to work on our time and keep my privacy. In our experience we are an Outbound CallCenter and with the softphone and the jives applicaction save a lot of money, because didn´t had to buy expencive IP Phones and we get the job perfectly done.

Jive is just exceptional VoIP service provider. It is rich in features and extremely user friendly. I have been using Jive for not only my business but also for home. I have never been disappointed with Jive services. The customer service is just great and always there to help. The feature of voicemail to email is just my favorite. I am always connected to the clients and the peers without any difficulty and its voice quality is just top notch. I would recommend it to anyone.
