I regularly hear echoes on the line, which makes calls challenging. I need to unplug the device a lot just to check whether it improves. I am really worried about this. Additionally, a few calls appear to have short times when the person I called can't hear me. magicJack is expensive nowadays. I need to get rid of my service soon. For what reason should we pay more and more.

Magic jack is actually magical for me at least. I am a business owner of a medium sized call center firm. I needed some really good quality technology for my company and this company was the right choice. I calculated the expenses that will go as the charges of the services against the profits we are expected to make. With some team discussion we finalized the purchase. Now, it has been 8 months since we have their services and believe you me, they are remarkable at what they do. Highly efficient work with no disrupts so far. I hope it stays the same!

I reached a phone guy to put a system in, would not like to burn through cash on a genuine system and he said to do it through magicJack. We're a real estate company and my thought pattern was we would extend and be rearranging telephone calls around. The greatest thing that sold me on magicJack was having the capacity to transfer a call from the office to a cell phone in the field. I've had a few communications with their customer service team from the purpose of having a failure in the system one day to me not paying the bill coincidentally and each connection I've had with them has been tremendous. I've never gotten off the telephone with them and been disturbed. magicJack has awesome customer service.

Setup is a breeze. Simply plug the magicJack unit into any USB port in your computer and the software automatically loads. In seconds you will be assigned a phone number (you will soon be able to transfer your current number).Call quality is generally exceptional, but there is the occasional call where you can hear an echo, or times when the other party says you sound soft.There are extras that you can add on to this service which is nice, but even the basic plan is great.I have never had a call quality issue. I have heard that the person on the other end hears occasional interuptions in the voice, but, have never heard this on my end.This is the best money you will spend. And unlike magic jack no computer has to be on, just your modem and router.

By far Magic Jack is the best VoIP service provider we have used. It is reliable, super fast, cheap and beats all other VoIP's in quality. I switched my landline to VoIP services 7 years ago and tried almost dozens of VoIP providers so far and had very frustrating experience. BUT Magic Jack just cast the magic and did wonders for my family. We have never been so satisfied and effectively connected. The bills have been reduced and voice quality is exceptional. Highly recommended.
