I purchased my Honda Accord from this company. With that i also spent some money on the maxcare auto warranty. Firstly, the experience with the buying of car was really pleasant. I had so many options by the end of the day to choose from. I chose Honda Accord as it felt most right to me. Then i purchased their service plan as well. Just used it once for a minor hand break issue. It was great too. The customer service was 100% good with great speed. I would love to recommend their services to others as well. 5 stars

The warranty on my truck was going to run out and I needed to get another. What's more, I didn't care for the option I had at the dealer, so I got on the web and it looked like Maxcare Auto Warranty was the best one I could get. I called them to get started and the rep I talked with was understanding. He clarified a lot of stuff that I had questions about. Setting up payments was simple, as well. I'd tell my friends that Maxcare Auto Warranty may be the best approach.

I bought the MaxCare extended warranty for my Mercedes. I had a headlight go bad and the voice control module failed too.I provided the repair shop with my warranty information, and they submitted the claim for me. I called MaxCare, they told me to take it to the dealer. The dealer assessed the problems, called MaxCare and MaxCare immediately approved the repairs. In a week, the car was repaired.The repairs were made, and now my car is driving like new!it covered for as many times as it needs to be fixed!The warranty worked exactly the way and I will forever be a Carmax customer.

I have been a customer of the car max from last 4 years and since then it has never disappointed me. I have an old model of GMC given by my father and it frequently needs repairs. I have purchased a platinum plan from the company and it covers everything that might go wrong in a car. I have filed for 7 claims so far and they were all approved without a delay. and any issue. I would recommend it to anyone.

I picked up my car after paying $50 deductible and was very happy, Maxcare paid out with no problems. They take care of any questions and concerns that you have.They did everything they could to make sure I had the proper plan for my car. I would definitely recommend this company to others.

Not at all like many others here, I had a quite decent experience with MaxCare. I have bought a warranty 2 years ago and used it now out of the blue. I got a dead battery, and alternator likewise required replacement. They have paid for both, so I'm positively surprised since one could contend that battery is a wear part. I just paid a deductible. Perhaps a few people don't understand that such many parts of an auto are worn parts, and warranty does not cover them? Or then again perhaps don't do maintenance much of the time enough to keep the coverage? Not certain. Anyway, my experience is great, and I can recommend MaxCare.
