My husband was getting precarious on his feet and got a diagnosis of Alzheimer's. We chose to get a medical alert service and so far, we've been satisfied with MediPendant. If he's having accidents with the device, their reps would call and my husband would tell to them all is well and they would address him altogether. I'm totally satisfied with MediPendant.
Since I'm having issues getting around with my legs, I got some information about medical alert devices and I was recommended to MediPendant. MediPendant looked the best one for my budget too. I ended up with a watch model. The gadget was very easy to set up. I've also felt more comfortable when it is on. Overall, I am happy with their device and also with their service.
While my mother and her brother were setting up the system, he committed a mistake and touched the alarm button and dispatched the emergency team. Inside 3 min. the paramedics were at mother's home and ready to help. MediPendant had called three people on the rundown within a couple of mins, to keep an eye on mother. This makes me feel exceptionally secure. Thanks a lot to MediPendant, I would highly recommend them to everyone to ensure the safety of your loved ones!
Easy installation and can be used with or without a traditional home phone line. Flexibility and freedom to use the two-way voice on your pendant anywhere in and around your home. I've had the device for around 10 months.This would be a wonderful help to me but it is definitely not more important than food or medicine. Maybe some time in the future. It's affordable and easy to use. The guy I spoke with to get everything set up was very helpful.I wear it around my neck and it's so lightweight that sometimes I don't even know I have it on. The customer support is efficient as well.Gives me sense if security when alone and enables me to do everyday things I enjoy.The product is really easy to use.
A BIG shout out to the medipendant reps for my sister for suggesting the best solution for her situation. My sister had limited income and mobility and is short tempered we have had tried various alert systems for her and she was never satisfied. BUT Medipendant is just different she is very pleased with the services and even feels safe when she is all by herself. The customer service is just so cool and calm and deal with the customers with patience and love. Highly recommended.
