Metlife Homeowners are cheaper, closer to home and they give great rates in home insurance. I was offered the advice to go to this company since they have incredible rates and extraordinary agents. All the features are good for me. They are our friends and like family to us. I like the way in which they are there for you, help their customers and the look of the place. Metlife Homeowners are tremendous with their services.
The customer service representatives are always simple, decent and considerate when talking with them. A long time back, I put a claim because of a hurricane. The company responded in a timely manner and sent a claims adjuster out within days of my claim bringing about a payout in less than a month. This claim also did not affect my premium. Extremely pleased with their overall service. I would definitely going to recommend them to all my friends and family.
I have had the extra ordinary experience with the company. They are just incredible people and will go out of the way to help you. In a stormy night my house was badly damaged because of a tree that fell on the roof. I called the agent and he was there in an hour and approved the claim in just an hour. He took control of everything and in just a matter of month every damage was covered. I am so grateful of Metlife.
We had pasture fencing wiped out. I was hesitant to file a claim as I had never before but when we realized the cost to replace our fence we needed help. I filed my claim with pictures to them money was in our account .They very nice and professional AND helpful. Made it very easy.When I need to make a change they always do it in a timely way and 24 hour a day service is outstanding. They never have questioned any claim I have had and always pay out promptly. I'm confident MetLife would be there for me if I need them. I'd say overall even the claims process is fairly easy. I have no major complaints or concerns.
