I recently needed to use my warranty. I was able to use the entire coverage amount that they did offer. Customer service answered all my questions in detail about the coverage that would be provided for my vehicle and gave me information and explained everything in detail and also gave me advice on what type of repair I should actually do for my car engine.They gave me good advice. When I got my car (actually I bought a used car), I had no clue the trouble that I would wind up having only a couple of months after the fact.
