I recently hit a curb when turning into a parking lot, damaging a transfer case. The General has fulfilled my insurance needs, and they are experienced which makes me breathe a sigh of relief and sleep better at night knowing everything it's taken care of.It was very easy and hassle free. I would definitely recommend this insurance company.They are very nice and easily understandable people to deal with. They all seem very knowledgeable in what they are doing. Nevertheless, it was a very quick process and policy is easy to acquire. Great customer service, and helpful friendly staff, made for a much better experience and they made you feel like they cared.
