What's more, experiencing the streamlined loan process was a headache. It was limited documentation, all the more convenient and less stress. It was great and I didn't have any issues. The people that I was working with were exceptionally careful. If that they didn't know an answer, they would look into it and hit me up. Overall, the people at PHH Mortgage were auspicious and professional.
PHH mortgage is my first and last choice. I have been a customer since I purchased a house in 2001. The company is just so transparent, honest and hassle free. The staff is professional and kind. They value the old customers and offer the customized installments plan and PHH has also reduced the mortgage tenure by easing out interest rate for me. I could not ask for more because I am regularly paying my installments ever since. I would always buy my second home mortgage from PHH. Highly recommended.
