They providing vehicle service contracts to cover the high cost of repairs, and Guaranteed Asset Protection (GAP) to help you financially if your vehicle is totaled, or our wide range of other protection products.It was extremely helpful! Her customer service skills are top notch and I felt very well taken care of.This warranty really came in handy, saving me a bunch of money. The only downside of the warranty is that it took a long time to get my car back, about two and a half weeks.My dents were fixed as I was in the lease and my lost key was replaced at no cost to me. Definitely recommend this product.I will buy their coverage in the future. If you are making a valid claim they do honor their commitment.

I was going through the dealership and trying to buy a warranty on a vehicle that I purchased originally from that dealership, however, because of the mileage, they simply weren't putting forth any guarantees on that vehicle any longer. I experienced Portfolio and the rep was really cool. I disclosed to him what I needed and he revealed to me what program and package they offered that would really fit me the best. And after that, I simply call them when it's due and I make the payment. It was pretty straightforward.

Portfolio protection is just amazing with the customer services that is top notch. I have always felt grateful t the company after ever claim they approve against the repair of my car. They have specialized protection plans according to the income level and the car models. They process the claim in just 24 hours and once approved the payment does not take longer. They also provide the service of picking up the vehicle from the workshop after repair and dropping it at your door step.

An Extended Warranty was purchased through Portfolio in 2016. The car had multiple issues (air compressor, transmission). I submitted a claim with Portfolio immediately, who asked me to provide several supporting documents to complete my claim - which I did. Portfolio Protection covered all of the repairs with my only having to pay a $100 deductible. They worked quickly in all cases.This warranty really came in handy, saving me a bunch of money. The only downside of the warranty is that it took a long time to get my car back, about two and a half weeks.I will buy their coverage in the future. I am pleasantly surprised with my experience and am glad I took the insurance. If you are making a valid claim they do honor their commitment and act quickly.
