We've had Progressive Homeowners since October but I used a different company previously and they were more expensive. We were looking for a better price and since we couldn’t find it, we have chosen to stay with where we are at this moment. One person said they're going to get back to me but never got back to me. They should work little on customer service too.
Progressive Homeowners is the best insurance I have ever had. I have heard horror stories from other people who have needed to submit claims with other insurance agencies. I needed to have them cover storm damage to our home and they made the process simple. Likewise, have them for car protection. Somebody ran a red light and totaled our truck. Again, definitely no issues! Won't go anyplace else for our insurance needs! Awesome job! I would definitely be going to recommend them to all my friends and family.
It is one of the best homeowners insurance company out there. I am extremely happy that my husband switched to this company 3 years ago. We filed 2 claimed and they were responsive and promptly processed the claim that I could not ask for better services. I am very grateful to the team of Progressive, to Kim and Stephen especially who made things happened really fast when the rooftop was badly damaged by a tree. I was in a shock and helpless. They rushed to help and took control.
They are a great organization to work with. I had a claim and was paid genuinely speedy for the necessary repairs that should have been finished. My only problem was that they required a long time to pay the organization that did the drying in our basement after a flood. The company called me a few times since they weren't paid, so I was disappointed that it took Progressive so long to deal with their payment. Otherwise their customer support is exceptional.
