My experience with Radius Moving and Storage was such a positive one, that I feel compelled to tell others about my experience with them. From start to finish they made my wife and I feel very great. Moving can be an extremely stressful situation in itself, however, the people that are Radius Moving and Storage limited our worries with their professionalism and outstanding customer service abilities Just 1 thing was harmed in the move and I am right now working with claims processes to rectify.
We needed a moving company that could move our stuff to my new home immediately. We had an upcoming family event and our shifting was sudden too. So i needed it all done quickly. I was not sure if i would be able to find a good company. I got lucky to have found Radius moving company. They were so great at all the work including packing, loading all and unloading the vehicle at the new place. It was done under supervision and complete security. I felt at ease with them as i was getting a very reliable vibe from them.
I was moving my office and needed to get it done fast to keep the business running, fortunately these guys managed to deliver next day. Time was of essence. My Items were packed and moved out of my building quickly.They are so very professional, the communication was great and the movers were nicer. The price was very competitive as well.Very trustworthy and do what they say they'll do, and all charges were estimated up front and put into writing - there were no surprises or 'hidden' fees after the move was completed. I would highly recommend Radius Moving and Storage to anyone considering using a removal office.They were all great and we would definitely use them again.
I used Radius Moving and Storage on two occasions. I first used them for a storage shed. I had them deliver a pod to a stationary area and put away stuff in it for about a year while I was moving and constructing a house. And after that the second event is the point at which I moved from California to Tennessee. I stacked up a pod and had them transport my household goods to my new location. Up until this point, I'm extremely happy with Radius Moving and Storage.
