This is the best train service. I booked my tickets from Paris to Lille. The experience was just so amazing. I enjoyed entire track and the views were amazing. It was fast, comfortable and had best entertainment package. It offers the best deal and you save a lot of money on it. The staff is very friendly and they are there in just a minute when you call. I would always love to travel through rail Europe in next vacations. Highly recommended.

I and my wife were booked through Rail Europe on a Zurich-Paris train in April 2015. We arrived 20 minutes early and boarded on a train. While reaching our seats, we found that seat was already taken by some other couple. We call the agents and they took the matter professionally and fixed it quickly. The other couple actually sat on our reserved seats. Otherwise, I do not have any complaint against them. I would highly recommend them to everybody.
