Scotts does an awesome job of taking care of my lawn. It looks incredible and my neighbors comment on how well the lawn looks. Some of my neighbors are Scotts customers as well. I've been a customer for Scotts for a long time. I've constantly seen their technicians to be upfront and to do a great job. They have provided me with numerous smart ideas in regards to having a good lawn. They are extraordinary lawn people.
Our lawn care guy is great. Very polite, courteous and friendly. He always does an excellent job and we prefer him to come out to the house. He has been excellent to work with. He has always offered me great guidance and consultation. He is professional in his work. The other employees at Scotts are very nice too. They always let me know a day prior to they come out as well.
The treatment killed the grass. I have had experience 2 months back or more. I complained that a 6' area was dead. Somebody turned out, looked, agreed and said this will be replaced by grass. The date came and no grass. I called once more. Another person turned out. Another arrangement was made but it was I believe too late. The yard has not looked good for most of the summer. I would like to see it show signs of improvement as time goes on.

They offer a wide range of facilities and i use the ones that are most suitable and affordable for me. I purchased their spreader too. They helped me choose the right one for my lawn according to its size and features. They also have a convenient mobile app which makes it all easy for me. It is user-friendly as well and an easier access to them. 10 on 10 service and products!
Scotts lawn services are simply remarkable! I am using their services for 3 years now. For my own house and also for the farmhouse we own. I totally love their quick and quality services. The lawn products they provide are upto the mark and advanced. I always wanted quality even if the price has to be a bit high. They manage our lawns according to the seasonal changes and also teach us about the important information. I am glad to have found them. I recently also got the year round spreader. Great team and great products. I highly recommend it!
The service is in every case great. You don't need to be around to have them do the lawn. We have gotten a lot of comments about how good our lawn looks. I also like paying everything for the next year so I don't need to stress over it consistently. The maintenance people are exceptionally respectful and considerate.

It looked professional. They are very reliable.They did everything I needed and picked everything up right after and I had no worries about them taking up my time later in the day at all. I got it to myself. They have a wonderful value for the time they spent assessing, explaining and performing the needed work done on my lawn.I highly recommend their service as they do the best they can to make their customers happy.
