The agent was polite. I had committed mistakes while booking; I wished to travel to Huntsville, AL, however, my ticket was for Mobile, AL. I was panicked and the agent heard it in my voice. He was assuring as he reminded me he did the bookings every day. He truly did as he said he would be ensuring the destination was rectified as well as the time of departure and arrival met my approval. Thanks a lot Singles Travel Getaways for such a great service.
I used services of Singles Travel Gateaway twice and booked Caribbean cruise. I had a great time both times and every moment was just so amazing. The staff was super cool and they made the trip even more interesting with the entertainment packages and being so responsive. I traveled with the group and they all were just friendly. The group leader made sure that we have an informative and wonderful trip. The trip was very comfortable from start to the end. Highly recommended.
I have traveled with them (STI) to Greece .It was wonderful at explaining all the details of visas, website information, approximate length of time it takes to get the visas and costs.What I also really liked about this company, was how the trip leader always told us the night before each day's group excursion, what we would be doing the next day and what would be the suggested clothing for the weather, what time to be ready in the lobby of the hotel and what time we would be back. I have found them to be sincere, caring and honest people in both the booking processes and the operation of each trip I have gone on. I have found their prices to be reasonable.Oh My Goodness! What a great trip! Never have I been so catered to, every thing taken care of.
We really enjoyed our stay! We had 2 bedrooms and it was extremely spacious and clean. The washroom was immense and had a pleasant separate shower and a jacuzzi tub. There were 2 huge flat screen TVs and a smaller one in the children's room. The kitchen has all that you require. There is a lot of seating. We have 3 little children and they have a crib and a high seat upon demand. The travel crib was pretty small and metal so it squeaked at whatever point the baby would move however it was nice having the high seat! The main pool was conveniently located and very large so it never felt swarmed and there were 2 other littler pools too. They had different activities scheduled during the time which was likewise pleasant. In general, I would suggest staying here!
