The SkyAuction's agent spoke clearly. Did not rush me with my booking. Addressed the majority of my inquiries and repeated the majority of the numbers and codes clearly for me. Was extremely professional. I am going with my dog and he gave me all the dimensions of his cage and the majority of the information that they will require his health check and he should be groomed and to check in at the desk when I go to my flight.
