I got disconnected multiple times and needed to start from the very beginning. I expected to change one of the rooms yet didn't find the option to do it. Vacation Internationale customer service didn't approach to help, I felt that they didn’t care about my problem. That's just not a good way to deal with your customers. I am not going to use the service again. I wish they learn from this mistake.
I needed to take a vacation with my husband and a kid. It was supposed to be a stress free relaxing time for us so i wanted a really reliable traveling company that could make sure of it. I asked around and was suggested to go to vacation internationale. I was connected to a great traveling agent who seemed to have a lot of experience. He guided us well and got us all ready at extremely good prices. The whole vacation went smoothly with no hassle. It was also in our budget, in fact, we saved a few bucks thanks to them!
I was booking around trip flights for the family spring break and could not get the return flight we needed and would have needed to cut vacay short. I got a call from Vacation Internationale rep. Amazed without a doubt. I got the flight I required and the rep got our seats by one another at an extraordinary price. I had only dead-ends at another site which continued showing the flight we required as available just it was sold out.
I have been using the Vacation's International services from several years and it will always be my first choice. I had so many memorable trips that I owe to the VI. The condos are really welcoming and make you feel like home. You can never had anything better than that to make your trip more comfortable and relaxing. The prices are also affordable and the sense of ownership is just so amazing. I have always the best things to share about Vacations International.
We have owned Vacation Internationale for about 10 years. We have gone to most resorts and really enjoy the condos. My favorite is the Embarcadero in Oregon.The family memories are priceless. We never have to worry about the condition of the condos, they are very well maintained It takes initiative and good planning on your part, but it's a great deal. It is especially nice for my parents, who have dietary restrictions and flexible work schedules.They treated us with respect & we had a great vacation from the promotional offer that was extended to us. The program is actually a great program if you want to travel or do travel. I have nothing but great things to say about VI and I only hear positive feedback from my parents as well.
We just returned on Monday from our 5 days stay in Las Vegas. Vacation Internationale called us around 3 months prior and offered us an "exceptional" bundle to Las Vegas. We went to get the bundle and was allowed a 2-hour tour of their resort. Casablanca Express made a trip us to Las Vegas and set us at the MGM Grand. We had GREAT flight times and the hotel was astounding... I would go to another Vacation Internationale presentation and hope one day to have the cash to purchase a membership. The procedure for scheduling and booking was simple - I called Casablanca Express and they gave me the direction and information on redeeming my stay. Thanks again for the great trip.
