I booked a flight through VacationRentals that got canceled because of the weather. I called VacationRentals quickly to tell them all flights had been canceled. They wanted to check the information which took around four hours. At long last, after the long delay, they said they were giving a refund and it was going to take two months and still no heads up till now.
I was experiencing difficulty booking on the web as I couldn't seem to pick my seat. I called the toll free number and the agent was exceptionally nice. He did all the booking and even got me a better price. He books the seats and that was less expensive to do that on the web, but alas, I got a notice and credit for the seats since the airport requires a different check-in. Too bad about that, yet I will use customer service later on to book my flight.
I hired the Vacations rental for 10 days family trip and I must say it was the best decision. The house we were given on rent was huge and had clean washrooms, spacious kitchen and had everything one can wish for in a home. The balcony was facing the most premium location of park and it was lush green. The view was very soothing and eye-catching. We had a wonderful feeling of home. I could not ask for more. I would recommend it to anyone.
Our group of 8 had a great time. The house was perfect, we enjoyed making several of our meals in the wonderful kitchen and seeing the nightlights from the huge deck.Lovely home, and the location was excellent for our activities.We were impressed when one of the shower heads broke and was repaired the next day. We love the Stressless chairs. Nice, clean room. The Inn is very well maintained. The balcony was very nice, since we were in an end unit, it wrapped around. The ocean view from the balcony was amazing.The owner was very responsive to my questions, and went out of his way to help.We will definitely stay here again.
I have booked a total of three vacation properties through Vacation Rentals and I couldn't be more satisfied.
Vacation Rentals gives you a chance to search, book, and pay through the site which is super quick and simple. Moreover, you have direct dialogue with the property owners or managers which further facilitates any worries you may have. Vacation Rentals is the only way I'll book a vacation property in view of the simplicity and security you get through the service. Highly recommended!
