My warranty has as of late expired and the dealer's option came to be more expensive. When I chose to buy from Warranty Direct, the rep that was assigned to me was extremely steady, he was very professional and he disclosed what he will do and wasn't intrusive in any way, not at all like other places I talked with that appear to need an answer right at that point. I would recommend them to friends and family and I have actually done that.

Warranty Direct offers above-average prices with multiple coverage options per vehicle. The contracts are short and easy to read, and the website does a great job providing resources to help you make a confident purchase. I had a leak in the oil cooling system problem.The repairing garage did supply a courtesy car so no personal loss of time.The garage dealt with Warranty Direct for me, the repair was agreed with minimum hassle.Piece of mind knowing you in good hands should anything go wrong that is covered under your policy without any quibble .Very happy with the service. I would definitely recommend warranty direct.

I purchased a second hand car from a dealership last year and they suggested me to buy a warranty from Warranty Direct. I purchased a warranty of 12 months and by chance my car needed repair twice. I could not thank enough to the dealer for suggesting me to buy warranty direct. The claim of repair was processed immediately and I just had to pay the deductibles of $ 100. The customer reps are always ready to help you in any way. Highly recommended.


I talked to a friend of mine and he told me about auto warranties as I didn't know that it's something important to get. It was easy purchasing from warranty and my interaction with their rep was good, stretched and on point. They had my car in the garage the next day after the first breakdown and even covered recovery costs. Very efficient service and I was constantly updated with progress. The repairing garage did supply a courtesy car so no personal loss of time.Couldn't fault the response and process. All dealings between myself, garage and Warranty Direct was quick and efficient.Warranty direct have been very helpful in settling my claim,I would say that the customer should be able to talk to a member of appeals or have a designated case worker.
