If anyone is looking for a good extended auto warranty place then i am happy to suggest American auto shield. It has worked really well for both cars we have at home. My husband was the first one to get their policy. When ever he required coverage it went really smooth. The cost was affordable by him as well. This is why i got it for my car after some time. It has brought convenience to us which is all that we need in our busy lives. The affordability is a plus and the staff is also very cooperative. 5 stars.

My American Auto Shield rep was exceptionally informative and he let me know all that I had to know. They worked with me how the payments were. It was simple and quick. In any case, I thought the parcel that they conveyed had what was covered under the warranty. It was exceptionally informative yet it was somewhat hard to get it. I've had other coverage that was somewhat simpler to get it. They broke it down by parts of the vehicle like the engine.

When I bought a Jeep I wanted to be able to have coverage on the jeep,I checked one of the other companies but I went with America Auto shield because they were the cheaper one. They were real nice and they provided great customer service. I wanted bumper-to-bumper coverage and AAS seemed to hit all the buttons that I was concerned about.I've submitted a claim with them to get my fuel sensor replaced and they were prompt about it. Just some minor delays that were easily worked out. Happy with the result. Everything seemed okay.Yes, the plans can be expensive in the long run but definitely worth it! I highly recommend them.

American Auto Shield is the best company with the top notch customer services. I have been a customer from two years and I am grateful to my friend who recommended me AAS warranty. The process of getting warranty is simple and clear. The staff is very cooperative and will go above and beyond to help you. They are very prompt and active and will always respond to your call and emails. I could not be satisfied more. Highly recommended to anyone.

If you want extended auto warranty for your car, i would recommend you American auto shield. I had a terrible experience with the previous company i was registered with but since i have been dealing with American auto shield, i feel satisfied for what i pay. They charge reasonable for the extended warranty and are quick to respond whenever a problem arises. I experienced their swift responses twice this year when i damaged my car. They were very professional and gave me really up to the mark services almost immediately. I would give them 5 stars and recommend it to you all.

I had a CAR AC failure.Took care of claim immediately. I need it to go back and forth to work and to take care of my everyday assignments and activities. I had a very good experience with American Shield when I needed coverage. They were very good at explaining the coverage and paid the claims promptly.American Auto Shield does what they say. They are very professional and try to help out as much as they can.So far I have no complaints about Auto shield, every department's handle my claim with care and satisfaction. Easy to deal with awesome to be able to get all information over to the company by email.Will get coverage again when warranty runs out on my new car.

American Auto shield provides you with the best services. my car A/C went out of order and stopped working completely. I contacted the AAS they listen to my problem and gave me case number. I visited to the said dealer and they found several problems with the car. They contacted AAS agent again and also agreed to the findings of the dealer. My car was repaired and AAS provided me with the full coverage. My husband has also got the extended warranty from America's Auto shield for his BMW and is very satisfied with their responsiveness, honesty and professionalism.

Really like that American Auto understands the desires of their customers and offers this form of support. The company also provides a way for customers to submit reports and claims online for added convenience. I got American Auto Shield for over a year.My experience has been excellent. Customer service is polite and caring and personal. Spend necessary time to listen to your issues. Approval takes only a few minutes for covered repairs..They are awesome and I recommend them to everyone I know.KEEP IT UP!
