I might want to know why my workers from this privately owned Synergy HomeCare had their pay cut? I have talked to other caregivers and not at all as that had happened to them. The man that owns our neighborhood local, he and his wife. Not just have they removed away from our workers, however, they are presently not giving them overtime pay when they work more than 40 hours. If I am mixed up, it would be ideal if you let me know and clarify why.
