I had forgotten to add my middle name to our booking in the first place. We are going to Europe so this was a big deal. One of your customer service reps was impressive in helping me settle this issue in a timely manner. He kept me informed on what was happening and what my next steps would be. I will be a returning customer based on how supportive he was. It's nice to deal with the kind and efficient people like him.
This company is just amazing. They make sure that you have the safest travel and you enjoy every moment. The customer service is just so amazing. I have never spoken to the more friendly and unbeatable person. He help in the best way to enjoy every moment of the trip. I very excited from the moment I deposited for the Global work. I would highly recommend it to everyone. The staff, packages and everything is just top notch. I do not have enough words to describe it in the best way.
My experience with Global has been great.They helped me make a working holiday in Canada! it is so comforting to know there is someone willing to help with just about anything I may need! I really like the building and the wombats and the people that I have met and the food is really nice and I can't wait to start traveling.Overall I thoroughly enjoyed my experience so far with Alex and everyone at the Global team that has helped fulfill my dream working abroad.Lots of information given in the orientation and all my questions have been answered. Really easy to get hold of my coordinator at any time of day. I'm looking forward to keep in touch with the company along all my travel time.
My experience with Global Work and Travel has been fabulous. At all times been a constant help, particularly before I arrived in Canada, there was always someone on the opposite end of the phone or email. Since landing in Canada the support has continued, the basic introduction in Vancouver was splendid. Extremely educational and super friendly. My trip organizer Josie has been awesome the whole time, any inquiries, worries or questions she has assisted in the most ideal way that could be available. Alongside all the friendly and welcoming staff in the office in Vancouver. I would recommend Global Work and Travel to my friends!
